Árbol Holística was born from a reverence for the healing traditions carried across cultures — the plant knowledge of Indigenous peoples, the botanical wisdom of Latin American curanderismo, the grounding rituals of the African diaspora, and beyond.
We do not claim ownership of any single tradition. We hold them with deep respect, gratitude, and humility — and we create products that honor the shared human need for restoration.

Created by Indira Báez, certified herbalist trained in the Science & Art of Herbalism with Rosemary Gladstar and The Indigenous Plant Medicine & Rituals From the Rainforest with Adriana Ayales.

Árbol Holística was founded by Indira Báez, a certified herbalist whose training runs deep — beginning long before any formal study, in the hands and kitchens of the women who raised her.
Indira's first teachers were her great-grandmother, grandmothers, mother, and aunts, who passed down the living tradition of ancestral herbalism through everyday practice, story, and ritual. This embodied knowledge — rooted in generations of plant wisdom — is the heartbeat of Árbol Holística.
She later deepened her formal training by studying the Science & Art of Herbalism under Rosemary Gladstar — one of the most respected voices in the modern herbal movement — and The Indigenous Plant Medicine & Rituals From the Rainforest with Adriana Ayales, renowned herbalist and founder of Anima Mundi.
